The Cinque Terre, located on the eastern coast of Liguria, are one of the most characteristic and charming natural areas of the region, stretching for about 10 km. 
The five ancient villages overlooking the sea (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore), stand up vertically and therefore are isolated by their very nature.
