Car with driver service and possibility of having a tourist guide
Rapallo is a populated town on the Tigullio Gulf, a place where tourism is dynamic throughout the year.
Its old town preserves thousend of Medieval treasures, typical workshops, several boutiques and lovely cafés and restaurants.
On the seafront, the Castle, built in 1551, stands out against the landscape and it smiles at the town and at its significant port.
Behind the old town, the cable car goes up to the Santuario di Nostra Signora di Montallegro (Catholic Sanctuary).

Going on through the eastern Aurelia (an ancient Italian State road), you will find a small village called Zoagli. Here tourists are encouraged to buy a souvenir by the preserved tradition of the looms, used to reproduce damasks and velvets, so as to bring home a memory to cherish over time. The overhanging cliff is the frame to this wonderful landscape.
Last but not least, Sestri Levante, the "Lady" who enchanted Hans Christian Andersen thanks to its two bays: Baia delle Favole (Fairy tales Bay) and Baia del Silenzio (Silence Bay). The Basilica di Santa Maria di Nazareth is located between these two bays whereas on the promontory you can see Torre Marconi (Marconi's Tower), now hotel, the place where the Nobel Prize in Physics-winner carried out his experiments on radio transmission.
